Every AOII chapter has a Leader's Council, which is composed of members who meet once a week to discuss business and help better the chapter as a whole with new and creative ideas about how to get more involved, whether it be on campus or around the UE community. They plan sisterhood events, intramurals, service projects and socials with other greek organizations on campus, all while helping to maintain the integrity of our ritual.
“We wanted a fraternity that should carry on the delightful fellowships and cooperation of college days into the workaday years ahead and to do so magnanimously. Above all, we wanted a high and active special purpose to justify existence and a simple devotion to some worthy end.” –Stella George Stern Perry, founder
Kindrea Wilson. President. Junior. Political Science. Evansville, IN "I love AOII because of the opportunities that it has given me. Through this sisterhood I have been able to see myself grow into a better person. Before becoming an AOII I was never able to see myself as a leader, but my sisters have helped me to see my abilities as a leader as well as so much more. AOII has also given me a support system that has helped me survive the crazy world of college. My Greek family has been my rock since the beginning and I'll never be able to thank them for all they do for me. In these past 3 years, AOII has done more for me than I could have ever imagined. Everyday I'm proud to call myself an AOII!"
